We basically tore out ALL the old landscaping and curbing and put in a new sprinkler system. The old stuff was galvanized and it never worked. The grass is still a bit patchy but it's growing back in. We poured some concrete to make our driveway wider and also a pathway to the front door. Hopefully we'll get a new railing worked out soon.
Once we get a few plants and trees in the flower bed it'll be good as new (I hope)!

Chris and I are going to have some cement work done soon. Do you like the work that you had done? Was it expensive? I am still not sure who to hire for the job.
I love the pictures. I wish we had taken some "before" pictures of our yard.
The guy who did our cement was FABULOUS (it's the guy Daniel used as well). It was $3.50/sq foot which is a really good price right now, most people are quoting about $3.80 ish. Talk to Daniel, he'll give you the guy's number. His name is Bruce. :)
Annalisa, I'm so glad I found your blog!! I love blogging. So many times I don't have a lot of time so it's a great way to keep in touch with everyone's life.
I love it! It looks fabulous and you guys did a great job!
Hey so do Brent and Melissa have a blog?
No, they don't have a blog! Not yet anyway. Someday she'll give into the pressure...and I'm thinking it'll be soon. :)
