June Randoms

 I was making my breakfast at the stove while Emme and Henry were chatting away behind me. I hear Henry lean over to Emme in his cute little two-year-old voice and say, "Emme, all da time I wuv you."

I found a 1968 edition of the game Operation at the DI the other day. This game is apparently HILARIOUS to two year olds. We've never had more fun with two dollars.

One word: summer.

We went to Wheeler Farm with my cousin Emily & her kiddos. Such a fun morning outing!

Stanley At 2 Months

Stanley's 2 month statistics:

Height - 23.7" (75%)
Weight - 11 lb 13 oz (50%)
Head - 16.2" (95%)

We have a big boy on our hands! He is growing healthy and eating like a champ. Stanley nurses and goes to bed between 8:00 and 9:00 at night and sleeps until around 5:30 or 6:00 every morning. What a dream! We love this boy to pieces. He's so happy and smiley that all you have to do is look at him and start talking and he smiles at you. We love you, Manley Stanley!

Stanley At 8 Weeks

Hiking

We took the kiddos and hiked up to Bells Canyon Reservoir one Saturday morning. The kiddos LOVED it and did really great, despite how steep it was (steeper than I remembered!).

Stanley At 7 Weeks

This boy is getting more and more photogenic every day! He actually makes great eye contact now so he'll look at the camera while you're photographing him. He's still sleeping great at night and he has a stretch now during the day where he stays awake between feedings (almost a whole 3 hours, ha ha!). Hopefully that means some sort of a nap schedule is coming soon. We tried a bottle a few days ago with breast millk in it, and he was having none of that. We are going to have to try again soon!

Stanley At 6 Weeks

At six weeks old, Stanley is starting to smile, which makes our hearts melt. He also sleeps between a 7 and 9 hour stretch at night. Way to go, baby Stanley! What a champ. He still has no semblance of a schedule during the day, but his bedtime and night routine are getting more consistent.

We sure love you, Stanley boy!

Stanley's Blessing Day

Stanley Mark Spencer was blessed by his dad, Christopher George Spencer on June 1, 2014. He wore the same white outfit that his dad wore on his blessing day. Such a special day!
