Emme & Miyo had their first soccer game the day after Stanley was born. I was still in the hospital so I couldn't go, but Emme did amazing and scored two goals! We weren't sure she would really understand what to do or how to be aggressive, but she did great! And then she's scored in almost every game after that. Way to go Emme and Miyo!
Of course the best part about the games are the treats afterward, and the trophy was definitely a huge hit. ("It's made of gold, mom!") We ended up on a team with some fantastic coaches, and overall it was such a great experience. We'll definitely be playing again next season!
