Jackson Hole

We had a great time this last weekend with the Pace side of the family up in Jackson Hole. Chris and I drove up on Wednesday night and stayed the rest of the week.

The scenery was beautiful on the drive up. Chris and I kept picking out beautiful places where we want to retire someday. There were at least 8 of them. :)

We stopped at a bunch of interesting historical markers, just because.
We found a cool one that showed where they think Jim Bridger signed his name into the rock in 1844.
One day everyone went on a hike to Jenny lake and Inspiration Point. (Except the pregnant people who don't hike. And the baby sitters.)

They took a boat across the lake and hiked up to the falls.

The view across the lake was beautiful.

The boys brought their bikes so they could do some mountain biking -- Chris's favorite.

At Teton Village (where we stayed) they had a lift to take you up the mountain with your bike so you could ride down. I think they went up and down it like 8 times in one day!

We went in to town and did a little shopping. They had two ADORABLE baby clothing stores! I was in heaven.

One night we also went to the Bar-J Wranglers. I had never been before and oh my gosh, it was hilarious! I would so do this every time.

The non-pregnant people also rafted the river one day, which they said was a blast. And we ate lots of good food, went swimming in the hot springs, and had such a good time! We can't wait to get away with the fam again next summer!

Oh, how fun! I love, love, love Jackson Hole! It is so beautiful. Chris & I make it up about once a year. It is always wonderful.
